In messaging, Telsis was first to market with a new-generation of network infrastructure based on message routing that improves the customer experience over traditional store and forward servers. The Telsis platform, ISR, delivers considerable performance and flexibility gains, improving quality of service, reducing costs, and scaling up to maximise available network bandwidth. Sold direct, and through Telsis' global distribution partner Ericsson, ISR is deployed with operators around the world, including Hutchison 3G, Telefónica, O2, TeliaSonera, T-Mobile and Vodafone groups, and Warid Telecom.
Telsis also leads the market in an advanced text applications, offering Telsis Advanced Services, a plug-in for operators wanting to undo the damage caused to text revenues by aggressive price bundling. The solution piggbacks onto existing messaging networks to let operators quickly deploy a portfolio of six pre-built advanced text services that lift customer retention and build new revenues.
