The Quality Policy

All aspects of our business have a responsibility to ensure that defined standards are met and that the standards are reviewed regularly because it is not possible to achieve long-term growth, satisfied customers or profitability without the control of quality. We aim to sell equipment that does not come back, to customers that do.

We must all remember the central theme of our business is to get and keep a customer, and that everything we produce must be fit for their use. Quality Assurance is a means to an end and that end is customer satisfaction.

Quality is everybody's business and our quality is controlled through a formal management system that is certified to the international quality management standard ISO9001. The purpose of this policy is to make the objectives of the Telsis Management System known to everyone.

All products and services, and the supporting management system are continually and systematically reviewed for effectiveness and improvement.
