At Telsis, our purpose is to enable high impact services that are cost-effective and compelling propositions for network operators and their customers.

With 30 years of experience in the industry, we have the experience to deliver solutions that are attractive to customers. Our customers include a wide range of multi-national, national and regional network operators in both the fixed and mobile domains.

We have been a pioneer in the telecoms industry and originally built and sold telephony switches to the major Network Operators around the world. With the rise of data services, we are now assisting operators with their digitisation strategies as they move away from traditional telephony services and are looking for new ways to compete against new competitors.

Our powerful, programmable platform, the Ocean Services Platform (OSP) underpins our range of network and middleware services that allow our customers to operate their networks efficiently, reducing operational costs.  NFV capable, the OSP supports a wide range of deployment options.

With the multi-service OSP, network operators and system integrators are able to build their own bespoke services. Incorporating media functions and backend service integration, such services are designed to generate new revenue streams, deliver cost and efficiency savings and differentiate from competitors.

In addition to selling to network operators, Telsis also offers a range of cloud based telephony services to the enterprise reseller market under the Telency brand.

Telency is leveraging Telsis’ knowledge and experience to build a European cloud telephony service exclusively into the channel market.  Its service has been designed to work with the most prominent cloud environments, including Microsoft Skype for Business and Googles GSuite.

The Telency solution is agile with flexible APIs that can rapidly integrate with new backend platforms, enabling our channel partners to meet the demands of their customers and solve complex business challenges.
