Leading cloud telephony solutions provider IN-telegence, chooses Telsis to deliver its next generation contact centre.
Darmstadt, 3 September 2019, Telsis today announced that Koln based IN-telegence has become the latest communication services provider to choose Telsis Cloud Connect (TCC) as its evolved contact centre solution.
IN-telegence sought to expand their technology by an omni-channel solution that provides agents with a full 360-degree view of all interactions regardless of communication channel. Their aim is to drive peerless customer service, ramp up agent productivity at lower cost and offer a scalable multi-tenant solution that meets the needs of their large enterprise customers.

TCC is a modular, API-driven platform, that will initially interface with IN-telegence’s in-house UI to facilitate a seamless migration of their existing customers to a newer and more powerful solution. Unlike competing solutions, TCC is available to CSPs who may host and operate it within their own cloud infrastructure, enabling them to reduce costs and operate with greater flexibility compared with pure cloud solutions.
