Telsis Senior Leadership Team
Mike Mills
Director of Cloud and Infrastructure Partners
Mike has over 20 years’ experience within the telecoms, IT and mobile sectors and joined Gamma in 2007. Throughout that time he has held a variety of both sales and leadership roles across Gamma’s channel and wholesale business units. In his previous role, Mike was responsible for the transformation of Gamma’s carrier services business unit. Today he has overall sales responsibility for Telsis, as well as Gamma’s cloud and infrastructure partners. Mike is a graduate of the University of Northumbria’s Business School and has a degree in business systems and IT.
Peter Ritzmann
Managing Director
Peter joined Telsis in 1997 and is responsible for growth in Germany and the DACH region. Peter’s 20 year career in mobile and fixed-line telecommunications has provided him a deep understanding of SaaS market models, customer requirements, next gen-enabling software and the cloud-based business models.
Peter spent the early part of his career with ATIS systems and holds a master’s degree in Communications Engineering from Technische Universität Kaiserslautern.
Graham Moore
Product Delivery Director
Graham has over 25 years’ experience in the Telecoms, IT & Mobile sectors and as Telsis COO was fundamental in transitioning the company from a big-box network platform company into a software solutions vendor, which led to the acquisition of the company by Gamma in 2019. Graham also helped establish Telsis’ channel based UCaaS provider, Telency which was built on top of Telsis’ software solutions.
Having worked with a wide range of customers, Graham understands how to balance both the service resilience needed by major fixed and mobile carriers with the agility needed to rapidly support end users with a diverse needs.
Graham is a Graduate of Manchester University and holds degrees in Science and Engineering.
