At the heart of this technological advancement is Telsis’ central routing platform, a critical component where the majority of inbound and outbound voice calls are managed. This ‘brain’ of the network simplifies numerous manual tasks that were once cumbersome, paving the way for increased operational flexibility and significant reductions in manual interactions. With the Ocean platform, ENTEGA is now positioned to not only save on operational expenses but also streamline processes, thereby enhancing overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
