Leading cloud telephony solutions provider IN-telegence, deploys Telsis WebRTC connectivity to provide enhanced connectivity options to its customers.
Darmstadt, 10 July 2020, Telsis today announced that Köln based IN-telegence has taken delivery of WebRTC capabilities from Telsis.
IN-telegence has enhanced its Telsis Ocean Services Platform to add WebRTC capabilities. WebRTC allows calls to be made natively to and from a web browser or smartphone app without the need for any 3rd party application to be installed. These capabilities allow businesses to offer ‘click-to-call’ services to simplify enterprise communication as well as simplifying telephony deployment within their own business environment.
Holger Jansen, Managing Director of IN-telegence commented: ‘IN-telegence prides itself on offering innovative solutions to challenging clients who place customers at the heart of everything they do. We have chosen Telsis to update our network to support WebRTC, allowing our customers to offer browser and app-based connectivity options to their clients, simplifying the ways in which their clients can communicate with them’.
Peter Ritzmann, Managing Director of Telsis GmbH said: ‘I am thrilled to have delivered WebRTC to IN-telegence. IN-telegence chose Telsis over a competing solution from Quobis due to its lack of flexibility and poor real-world performance. Based around Telsis’ flexible service layer architecture, the solution allows IN-telegence to offer innovating new services to their customers which differentiate them from their competitors’.
Telsis has a successful track-record of delivering leading-edge solutions to the German market and has worked closely its customers to provide both next-generation architecture solutions running its agile Ocean Services Platform (OSP). The OSP spans between next-generation and legacy networks, supporting both physical and virtualised environments.
